1. Chop a few garlic cloves and sautee in olive oil.
2. Sear a couple chicken breasts on each side in the garlic oil.
3. Confide in a trusty sous chef with any questions.
4. Turn on iHeart radio and pour some wine for yourself. Pour half a bottle of chardonnay (or any white wine you have sitting around..) on the chicken, salt n pepper it, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. The wine will evaporate.
5. Add a whole grain for the side. (I used a quinoa and red rice blend.) Whole grains will always have this symbol on the packaging.
6. Near the end toss in some mushrooms and diced fresh tomatoes. Simple and out of the norm for a delish fall meal. :)
